St. Peter in Chains Coffee Morning 2016

What a treat!

These busy ladies find a way to organise an amazing event every year to commemorate their friend Nicola and raise funds for her charity.

It's now a great family affair with  husbands, partners and children  of Julie, Tricia, Karen , Mhari-Claire, Elaine, Julia, Kerry and Claire helping set up ,sell and tidy up the Hall on the day.  The girls have established themselves on the St.Peter in Chains Parish Events Calendar and their followers look forward to finding out when the next get together will take place.

Always a well attended event , the hall was bursting this year as many  turned up to buy the excellent quality cakes and sweet treats that were baked by the girls and their friends and family. As with every event the girls have organised , they were surrounded by folks excited to be part of the morning.

For the second year in a row , GLOW beauty from Dunfermline  organised a pamper area and there was a great response to the tombola and raffle yet again.  Many generous prizes were donated making this the most productive coffee morning so far. The Dunfermline Press attended and some great shots of the girls were taken.

This is uch a key event for the Nicola Murray Foundation. This coffee morning is a relaxed affair , welcoming everyone to catch up and chat in a friendly atmosphere and for a good cause.

Thank you also to St.Peter in Chains Parish and Parishoners and Father for the use of the hall.

Gratitude as always, to 'the Girls'.xx
